RFI for CCR&A Vendor Demonstrations

The VA is issuing an RFI for vendor demonstrations of modern Community Care Referral, Authorization, and Utilization Management (CCR&A) systems to replace the current CCRA contract ending in August 2027. The solution must align with Community Care Next Generation (CCN NG) processes, incorporate AI/automation, enhance interoperability with COTS systems, enable referral tracking via VA.gov, and support seamless transitions between direct and community care. The two-phase RFI focuses on referral management, utilization management, care coordination, clinical review, integration, and analytics.
