Software Tracking Solution for Implant and Tissue Biological and Non-Biological Items

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for a Total SaaS Solution, including web-based software, hardware, supplies, licensing, monitoring, and training, to track and manage chain of custody for biological and non-biological implantable items across VANEC VISNs 1, 2, 4, and 5. The solution must interface with the Cerner (Oracle) platform and replace the incumbent TrackCore SaaS from LPIT Solutions Inc., with a five-year period of performance starting September 1, 2026.
