The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA, intends to procure a lithography-based ceramic manufacturing (LCM) multi-material 3D printer for ceramic-based composite materials research, development, testing, processing, and production. The printer must be a standalone enclosed unit with two rotating vats, material dispersion and cleaning routes, integrated build platform, light source, print file preparation software, and GUI controls to produce test articles and proof-of-concept parts. This will use competitive procedures under full and open competition for a Firm Fixed Price single award contract, with solicitation posted on SAM.gov around 27 January 2026.
