Language Services Unit (LSU) Modernization

This RFI seeks capable organizations to modernize the Language Services Unit (LSU) Interpreter Services by replacing the outdated Electronic Contract Interpreter Ordering System (ECIOS), which includes a Cold Fusion web application and MS Access database. The modernization will streamline business processes and technology for interpreter request, assignment, scheduling, check-in/out, billing, and cost optimization across EOIR courts. Key goals include improving efficiency, accuracy, automation, and audit-ready invoicing while reducing manual processes.
