VISN 1 (VA New England Healthcare System) is issuing an RFI to gather industry feedback on upgrading end-of-life nurse call systems across multiple VA medical centers, including Togus VAMC, White River Junction VAMC, VA Connecticut HCS, and VA Central Western Massachusetts. The upgrade involves turn-key installation of new nurse call systems with servers, switches, network hardware, consoles, patient stations, cabling, programming, training, and sustainment support to prepare for VHA electronic Health Record Management (eHRM).
