Egg Conference Room Audio/Visual Upgrade (Updated)

The Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System seeks to upgrade its Crestron-based conference room Audio/Visual system in the Egg Conference Room, Building 164. The upgrade includes replacement of gooseneck podium microphones, addition of wireless microphones with catch boxes, lapel, and handheld mics, plus all necessary software, hardware, testing, installation, labor, parts, materials, and supervision. The solution must be comparable and integrated with the existing AV VTC system without replacing projectors, monitors, or other video equipment; work to be completed on-site.
