Lightweight Device Security Agent, Interoperability, and OT/IT Integration for OT, IoT, and Edge Environments Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Program

The DHS Office of Procurement Operations, on behalf of the OCIO, is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) General Solicitation for innovative, commercially available lightweight security agents providing device-level threat detection and alerting in OT, IoT, and edge environments, compatible with enterprise IT systems. This merit-based procurement targets rapid acquisition of field-ready cybersecurity technologies to address evolving cyber threats in operational settings. The solicitation remains open until September 30, 2026, with concept papers evaluated individually for the Security focus area of DHS's OT strategy.
