CODIS Phase III (Specialized Forensics IT Equipment)

The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research via this Sources Sought notice to identify vendors capable of supplying specialized forensics IT equipment for CODIS Phase III, as detailed in the attached SOW Appendix A. Requirements include procurement, potential importation to Mexico, local warranty, Spanish-language technical support and documentation, and on-site installation services in Mexico. Responses should address company capabilities, experience with Mexican customs, lead times, risks, and provide ROM pricing to inform future procurement strategies.
