Identity-Based Biometric System RFI (Updated)

The FBI is issuing an RFI to identify software solutions for storing and searching biometric data (face, fingerprint, palmprint, iris, latent fingerprints) and associated biographic information at classified Secret and/or Top-Secret/SCI levels. The system must support data feeds from external systems and enable enrollment and search capabilities. This is not intended to replace the existing Next Generation Identification System.
