The Bureau of Reclamation seeks quotes for the Hungry Horse AV Cabling and Infrastructure Project to modernize facilities by replacing analog devices with VoIP, upgrading conference rooms for internet meetings, installing new circuits and cabling to the gatehouse, and replacing 120 phones while ensuring compliance with 911, Kari’s Law, and Ray Baum’s Act. The scope includes providing all necessary hardware and software, installation, testing, certification, and training for up to ten personnel. This is a total small business set-aside with a firm fixed price award anticipated for 244 days.
