Summary

The University is seeking a software tool to manage social media scheduling, management and social listening. The University is currently utilizing Brandwatch for social media scheduling and management, along with Brandwatch’s Consumer Intelligence for social listening. The goal is to provide a streamlined, easy to manage system to publish and amplify social media content and monitor conversations about the University. The selected tool will be used by the University Communications office. As with any vendor, UNC-Chapel Hill employees would need a training plan or set up discussion to allow users to learn to easily navigate the platform right away. 
Please provide pricing for annual payment, but the university is open to a multi-year contract.
