VM Ware Software Licenses, Media, and Support (Updated)

The purpose of this addendum is to extend the bid opening date and provide revisions.
Revisions / Clarifications
1. Bid responses are now due no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025. Bid responses
received after this deadline cannot be accepted.
2. After further review, the changes made through Broadcom require a change in our pricing
structure. Therefore, the pricing sheet has been updated accordingly to include VMware Cloud
Foundation (VCF), vSphere Foundation (VVF), and VMware Live Recovery (VLR) and 3 year
subscriptions, to be billed annually. Bidders shall submit pricing using the attached Revised Price
Sheet, quoting option 1, option 2, and percentage markup over cost for any future quoted items
requested during the term of the contract. The Judicial Branch reserves the right to choose Option 1
or Option 2.
