RFI: Payment Processing Solution

The City of Pittsburgh's Department of Finance is responsible for the collection and investment of all operating cash of the City. To perform these essential functions, the Department is seeking information from prospective vendors who will collect and process revenue payment for any and all Departments and offices of the City of Pittsburgh where payment is received and/or processed. The solution will provide a full range of E-Payment services, including but not limited to transactions via credit card, debit card, online checking accounts (ACH), mobile applications, and/or Interactive Voice Response (IVR). This Solicitation is solely to request information and to get to know potential vendors -- a separate solicitation will be issued in 2027 for the full contract. No contracts will be awarded from this Solicitation.
