The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), through ACC-INSCOM, issued a Request for Information (RFI) for network operations and IT sustainment services under the TROJAN Network Operations Support Services (TROJAN NetOps-2) program. The effort covers operations and maintenance of INSCOM’s IT networks, including NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, NSAnet, IBCNet, CENTRIX, BISES, and Stoneghost across CONUS and OCONUS sites. The scope includes full sustainment, availability assurance, and technical support for mission-critical transport and intelligence networks supporting Army, Joint, SOF, and partner organizations.
