PCH Speed Safety Camera System

The City of Malibu is seeking qualified firms to design, implement, and maintain a turnkey Automated Speed Safety Camera System (SSC) along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). The system will detect and record speeding violations at up to five locations in accordance with California Senate Bill 1297, providing data security, analytics, and operational support. The selected contractor will deliver a fully integrated solution including hardware, software, installation, maintenance, and compliance management.
