VA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) – Cloud Customer Experience Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology seeks information on implementing a FedRAMP Moderate Genesys Cloud Customer Experience Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) under the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract. The project aims to enhance and stabilize call center services supporting Veterans, particularly those in mental health crises, through new telephony circuits, call monitoring, recording, and analytics. Responses will help inform acquisition planning for future solicitations.
