Presolicitation for Patient Wi-Fi System Update

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to update the patient Wi-Fi system at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne Campus. The scope of work involves replacing existing access points, switches, firewalls, and a server across three buildings, installing Ruckus R650 or equivalent equipment, and adding new CAT6A cabling and directional/omnidirectional antennas. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and coordination to ensure seamless integration and a complete, operational Wi-Fi network.
