Agile Refactoring & Sustainment of Legacy Applications to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

The U.S. Air Force (AF/A1) is seeking information from vendors to refactor its existing portfolio of HR applications, primarily built in **Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, into the **Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)** licensing model. The effort, funded for Operations & Maintenance (O&M), requires Agile development, DevSecOps, and Tier 2/3 sustainment for a mixed-technology environment (Salesforce, OutSystems, and Angular). The Government is also requesting input on acquisition structure, performance metrics (KPIs), and risk mitigation strategies.
