Commercial Retailer-Supplier Communication Platform Prototype (Updated)

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify sources for a commercial retailer-supplier communication platform prototype under an Other Transaction (OT) agreement. The platform's objective is to improve mission effectiveness by connecting commissary stores with direct-store delivery (DSD) vendors to automate service alerts, track compliance, and ultimately reduce out-of-stock levels. A no-cost model for the platform is preferred, leveraging the vendor's existing commercial network and software.
