Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) Services Change Order

Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services seeks a change order to increase the existing contract for Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) services for the Child Support Services program. The change order includes direct reimbursements to financial institutions for data matching operations to identify accounts of delinquent child support obligors, and adds System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 reporting requirements as mandated by the Agency Chief Information Security Officer. The state participates in an alliance with 20 other states for cooperative FIDM operations.
