The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) has initiated a two-step procurement process (Part 1 is this Request for Qualifications or RFSQ) to identify firms for the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the new FasTrak Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) Back Office System (System). This system is central to managing the Bay Area's tolling operations. Only firms invited after this RFSQ will be eligible to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP).
