Ethernet Dedicated Internet Services (Updated)

The requirement involves installation of 1 GIG Ethernet Dedicated Internet (EDI) with a dedicated commercial circuit, Ethernet hard lines for legacy thin client workstations, WIFI in approved areas, and coax for viewing current events and base alerts at the NCIS Resident Agency space. The vendor must perform full installation, provide continual support for 5 years, respond to outages within 1 hour and repair within 4 hours, and coordinate with NAVFAC for compliance and access to the restricted base. Provider must have an existing ISP agreement with installation access and prior NAVFAC experience.
