The US Army seeks sources for an airborne signals intelligence (SIGINT) system for Foreign Military Sales to Egypt. The system must be mountable on aircraft operating at 7,000 meters altitude and provide capability to detect, geo-locate, and intercept push-to-talk radios, satellite phones, and cellular phones across frequency bands from 20MHz to 3GHz. This is a sources sought/market research notice to identify qualified vendors capable of meeting anti-terrorism and border security SIGINT requirements.
