The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract on a sole source basis to Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. for specific engineering simulation software including STAR-CCM+ modules, HEEDS Bundle, and Simcenter Amesim libraries. This notice is published in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for other than full and open competition, but interested firms may submit capability statements within 14 days. The software supports product lifecycle management and simulation needs.
