Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Information Operations (IO) from Seabed to Space (S2ISR)

NIWC Pacific seeks proposals for comprehensive technical support services to develop, field, and sustain ISR systems and Information Operations from seabed to space, including algorithm development, hardware/software engineering, cybersecurity, systems integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Services cover surveillance programs, networks, tactical data communications, satellite systems, and autonomous systems across air, land, sea, and space domains, with potential CNBR-related support for unmanned systems. The procurement anticipates multiple IDIQ contracts with a seven-year ordering period, performed worldwide including on vessels and with coalition partners.
