Human Mobility Data Subscription

NOAA’s Office of Response & Restoration, Assessment & Restoration Division seeks an annual subscription for anonymized human mobility data (HMD) covering the nationwide US, including daily unique device counts within specified polygons, point of origin data, and metrics on data variability. The data will support studies on human use of coastal resources, effects of oil spills and toxic sites, marine sanctuary monitoring, and environmental valuation for approximately 15 projects per year. Subscription includes unlimited access or sufficient quota, comprehensive documentation, customer support, and permissions for sharing with partners, agencies, courts, and the public; services start June 2026 with two one-year renewal options.
