Sources Sought for Cisco PoE+ Switch Cisco IE-9320-24P4S-E

NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify sources other than Cisco that can supply 17 PoE+ switches (model IE-9320-24P4S-E or equivalent) for a SCADA system in a military construction project at Naval Base Guam. The switches must be rack-mountable, have redundant power supplies, be stackable, support Layer 3 switching, be manageable, listed on DISA APL, compatible with ICS/FRCS networks, support specific protocols like CDP and EIGRP, be Software-Defined Access compatible, and TAA compliant. This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, with responses due by January 2, 2026.
