Electronic Security System (ESS) Upgrade

The GSA is conducting market research via RFI for upgrading the Electronic Security System (ESS) at NAVCOMTELSTA Far East (NCTS FE) in Yokosuka, Japan, by migrating from the discontinued Johnson Controls P2000 system to CCURE, including data migration, hardware replacement (workstations, servers, controllers, door locks, badge readers), operational verification, and disposal of old equipment. Key concerns include validated data migration without loss, OEM authorization for proprietary tools, and ability to perform on-site work in Japan complying with local requirements. This is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from responses.
