Summary
The Department of the Air Force seeks cellular service providers for base-wide cell phone services, including internet access, web-based email (POP3), text messaging, instant messaging, data packets, and attachments compliant with FIPS 140-2 standards per DoD IA policy. Services must support premium and international subscribers requiring global voice and data communications across multiple USINDOPACOM, USEUCOM, USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, USNORTHCOM, and SOUTHCOM areas of responsibility. Includes provision of COTS wireless/cellular telephones, voicemail, smartphones, and internet hotspot devices.
