Research Engineering Development and Analysis for Cyber Targeting

The Air Force Research Laboratory seeks innovative research proposals for developing adversary system-of-systems analysis to support Air Force, USCYBERCOM, and mission partners in creating and optimizing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) against evolving cyber threats. The open 2-Step ARA accepts white papers until December 2030, with formal proposals by invitation only, and total funding up to $999.9M across multiple awards ranging from $1M to $499.9M over up to 60 months. Research includes requirements evaluation, proof-of-concept development, and deployment to operationally realistic environments.
