BPA - Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for miscellaneous alarm, signal, and security detection systems under PSC 6350 and NAICS 334290. BPAs will be awarded based on past performance, with calls not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and competition at the call level. Vendors must submit capabilities documentation, price lists, three past performance references, and maintain active SAM and PIEE accounts; awards planned on a 6-month rotation through June 2029.
