Summary
The Department of the Air Force seeks cellular service providers for base-wide cell phone services, including internet access, web-based email (POP3), text messaging, instant messaging, data packets, and FIPS 140-2 compliant data transmissions. Services must support 'Premium Service' and 'International' subscribers requiring global voice and data communications across multiple U.S. Combatant Commands (USINDOPACOM, USEUCOM, USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, USNORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM) AORs, along with COTS wireless devices such as smartphones and internet hotspots. Questions or RFIs must be submitted by 13 January 2026 at 10:00 ChST.
