Fiber Infrastructure Asset Assessment (Updated)

The Southside Network Authority (SNA) seeks proposals from Professional Infrastructure Services Firms for Fiber Optic Infrastructure projects, divided into Phase 1 (Asset Assessment, Needs Assessment, Conceptual Design) and optional Phase 2 (High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Implementation Plan). The services aim to support multiple similar projects across the Hampton Roads region with various stakeholders. The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission is assisting with RFP administration, but contracts will be directly with SNA.
