Request for Information (RFI) - ABMS Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3) Software Capabilities to Cloud Base Command and Control (CBC2) Program

This RFI seeks information on software capabilities to transition ABMS Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3) to a Cloud Based Command and Control (CBC2) program. The solution requires a multi-user interface supporting rapid integration, scalability for the ABMS Enterprise, and operation across multiple classification levels in cloud and edge environments.
