High Performance Computing Modernization Program Integrated Technical Services - Restricted (HITS-R)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is conducting a sources sought notice to identify capable small businesses for an upcoming IDIQ SATOC to provide integrated technical services supporting the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). Services will support DoD supercomputing resource centers, networks (DREN/SDREN), HPC software applications, and environments for science, technology, R&D, test, and evaluation communities. The planned solicitation in FY2026 will be a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services) with a five-year ordering period.
