Enterprise Endpoint Support Services (EESS) Request for Information (RFI) (Updated)

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a NASA management office, is issuing an RFI to gather information from vendors on capabilities for next-generation Enterprise IT support services, including 24x7 Service Desk, AI-enabled tools, on-site deskside support, engineering, cybersecurity, and ITSM development. Computer hardware will be procured separately. This RFI is for planning purposes, with responses due by 2/12/2026, and may inform a future RFP in mid-2026 for a subcontract award in 2027.
