CRM System Selection for University Advancement

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) requests proposals from qualified Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System providers to replace its existing technology with a comprehensive, transformative solution that will enable the organization to realize a robust and modern environment that optimally supports current fundraising needs while being customizable and scalable for the growth and development required by our institution’s bold future plans. It is anticipated the selection of a CRM System and implementation partner will be completed by September of 2025. Please note that a separate solicitation shall be issued for the selection of the implementation partner. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for the products and/or services described herein.
